Got my tickets with no problems, scanned fine at the venue. My only issue is with the refreshing every 60 seconds, as we were approaching the entrance it wouldn't refresh for a minute and I got kind of nervous... however upon reloading the app they reappeared so everything worked out okay. Would give 5 stars if there was a printable option, or some way around having to rely on a cell signal in what is inevitably going to be a crowded or remote venue.

DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE!!!!! This app is super confusing and makes it almost impossible to get your tickets. ON TOP OF THAT you cannot even print them?! When you call for help you will have to call multiple times and then wait on hold for 30 min- 1 hour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! I WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS

this company is terrible! we ordered 2 tickets and it went to our credit card. but a day later we still didn't have the tickets, now we don't have tickets for the concert.

needs update on the card info. it errors every time saying there's an card on file, and nothing shows up. By far one of the worst apps

Works but interface needs a major update... freshen it up a bit so that it looks modern and clean. this looks like its from 2010 or something.

Better off downloading Gametime or a different ticket App. I sold a ticket on Flash and stil have not seen any type of Reinbursment. I have been patient and reached out to the chat/email line 5 times without a response. Even after selling the tickets nothing appears in my account no balance nothing pending, everything is blank. super frustrating, do not use this App!!!
