What is the Flashpoint Learning method?

The Flashpoint Learning method utilizes the effectiveness of flashcards without the tedious and time-consuming action of making them. Each Flashpoint Learning program is like a stack of hundreds of specialized flashcards! A random word from the chosen categories is selected and displayed in English on the screen for a specified duration. The French translation is then displayed on the screen underneath the English word.

Categories

Flashpoint Learning offers general and more specialized categories for French vocabulary, including common verbs, adjectives, and many categories of nouns. Within each category purchased, there are dozens of sub-categories to choose from, each with lists of vocabulary associated with that category. Any combination of categories can be chosen each time the program is used, and the words will be chosen at random from each all categories selected.

Speed

This is completely adjustable by the user at any point in the session. As the user becomes more familiar with the words, speed can be increased.

Is Flashpoint Learning a complex program that is hard to use?

No. The learning method is simple. Words are flashed upon the screen. There is no need to complicate this style of learning with unnecessary extra details. The program is very simple and easy to use. The simplicity of the program was intentional, and allows us to sell it to you for much less than larger, more convoluted programs cost. It was created to fill a niche that doesn't currently exist; a simple quiz program for French vocabulary that includes very specialized and in-depth categories.
