*** ZERO STARS *** This app is a pain in the ash! I have to log out and log back in everytime I use it for the "Promotions" to work! AND......If left idle for a VERY SHORT period of time, u have to close it and reopen becauseit comes up with an error prompt, then have to log out and log in again! It's pushing me to quit wasting my hard earned money!

This app has potential. Too bad it's not consistent. Here's a few issues that I have been experiencing. I would have 5 bars with a 5G connection and the app says I have no internet. Open up to a blank screen. The only way to reset it is to uninstall the app or clear the data and cache. After saving my favorite numbers for the games I play, they get wiped out after reinstalling the app.

Better than the web site but not much. Check/scan tickets gives errors almost everytime. 2nd chances section does not work at all. Support team not good. All they tell you is to 'clear cache' or use another browser. Well if that's always the fix then please fix the app so users don't have to. That said the app is WAY better than the antiquated web site.

This used to be a very handy app to have -- you could quickly check your tickets and enter promotions. However, it stopped working weeks ago, and it sounds like from other comments on here Florida Lottery has no intention of fixing anything. So don't bother with this app.

I'd add a review but it would only say the same thing everyone else has said since February! App opens to a blank screen and won't do anything else! And like everyone else I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times it does the same thing. And as tech people can work from home they can't use Covid as an excuse that they have nobody to fix the problem for the past 3 months. Maybe the app itself has Covid lol

DO NOT UPDATE! App used to work. Now it does not. Blank screens, locks up. Please back out of the update! Update 5.20.21 Now the app just hangs my phone. App opens and that is it. Blank screen. Nothing. Please hire developers that can fix it. It used to work! The fixes just make it worse. How about backing out of the last 4 updates so we can actually use the app. Please. Great concept when it works.
