I used to love this app until they did the new update. Now you can't get most of the rewards unless you pay for premium. Most of the rewards are CDs, which is pointless because nobody uses CDs anymore. And now we have to pay for shipping too. I won't be using this app anymore.

I've had this app for close to half a year now and it's progressively getting worse and worse. You used to be able to order whatever you liked, then they changed it so you needed premium for half the items or artists. Then they rolled out paying for shipping, and the newest update is apparently you dont get items for points anymore- your points become discounts. Its been close to a month and a half and I still haven't recieved the item I ordered. Dont bother with it.

With one of the latest updates you can only get things like sweater and t shirts if you are on of the top fans of the artists merch you are buying, you don't have to have premium. It's not a totally bad thing. It kind of sucks that you can only get a certain amount of points per day, but it makes sense as they can give away everything for free.

I have used this app for a while now, long before you had to pay to get additional "perks". Now, almost all of the rewards are closed off unless you pay to become a premium member? How's that for loyalty to your long time users!? I will not be purchasing a membership! This was supposed to be a fun app to connect fans and artists through cool merch. It's now become a cash cow. I am very disappointed! Edit: Letting the top 10 fans from each artist have access to all of their rewards is a start.

So far I am satisfied with the app. A lot of people have been complaining about the points system and the premium account, you can get 50 streaming points a day, and extra points if you sign into the app every day. You can also get rewards that you could normally only get if you had premium if you rank in the top 10 fans of that musician. I haven't received a reward yet, but I did redeem my points on a clothing item that turned out not to have my size but they refunded all my points the next day

I've had some technical issues and fan points sometimes take days to catch up and update. I went to claim first reward and then discovered they only ship to Canada and US. This should be made extremely clear as there's an option to pay for premium services and boosts - a waste of money currently for anyone outside of America. I'm keeping the app in case rewards become available eventually, but my experience has been disappointing to say the least.
