App is buggy and not fully developed, had us waiting outside for our order because it didn't think we'd arrived, employee said we had to press "I've arrived" but no button to be seen, take this app back for some more work It also forgets your order on progress too easily

This app used to offer Google payment. This has now been removed and you are expected to fill in payment details manually. I think you are missing the point here (and please don't respond that your alternative is to trust you with keeping my payment details on file. I cannot always trust you for the burgers)

Absolutely useless. Select location, select what you want from the menu, select date and time for collection, go to payment, insert all details (you can only do online card payments) and touch to place order and then it crashes. Says internet connection dropped and doesn't go through. Tried for 2 hours, both over WiFi and data, same result. Only frustrates you and make you decide to spend your money somewhere else. Total waste of time.

I was apprehensive downloading this app after reading reviews saying that it crashed on the payment section. Fortunately, this has not happened with me. Payment was quick and easy to set up. This click and collect app means I didn't have to join a socially distanced queue, just had to give the security guard a heads up. However, bear in mind after collecting your order you are not necessarily permitted to enter the premises under the current re-opening circumstances.
