This program focuses on helping you stretch so that you continually improve your range of motion and maximize your athletic performance!

Includes all of the Following Types of Athletic Stretching

Dynamic -- dynamic movements within the full range of motion in the joint. In this app you will see exercises twisting from side to side or kicking an imaginary ball. Dynamic is a sport-specific form of mobility.

Static -- ability to stretch an antagonist muscle using only the tension in the agonist muscle.

Static Passive -- holding a stretch using body weight or some other external force.

Additionally, you will be introduced to some ballistic, isometric, and PNF stretching throughout the program.
