this app just says couldn't load files check connection. I've tried it several times over the last several months along with uninstalling and reinstalling same problem. 1 out 5 wouldn't reccomend unless the fix it.

I love the ability to pull technical specs in the field, but 75% of the time the app is unable to load the specs even with a good internet connection. If this can get fixed then I'd say 5 stars all the way

app will not open, just says to check my connection. this app used to be great and now it wont even open. whats going on ? would be really useful if it WOULD WORK

app will not open any files, we've tried on a note 9 and note 8 phone plus 2 other phones. keeps telling us couldn't open file and check connection even with full bars or on wifi.
