Using BlueStacks

Does not seem to work! I appreciate my childminder finding a platform to document our children's progress on a daily basis and keeping up to date with technology and using reliable apps to do so but this has not been successful at all yet. I could not register no matter how many times I tried to do it manually or clicking the link via email. In the end I had to rely on one of the workers at Capture to create one for me including a password. Now my childminder and I are battling to put one of my children on there as I cannot see him being added on there despite her adding him on so many times! She has also phoned them a couple of times now but so far no success.

Really love the idea and enjoy having updates while at nursery. I find that it is quite laggy when it comes to videos to the point where it won't even load the video. Hopefully this will be fixed and made smoother.

I can log in ect . but once I want to get my child report up it just shut down the app.

Not even working! You try your passwords, it doesn't work, then when you try to reset and follow the link in the email it does nothing!!
