CANNOT CONNECT ANYMORE. I've lost any functionality that this App and the Candy Bong had. I can barely connect, and I cannot get passed the "Update" screen. I've read suggestions and none of them worked/ helped. I hope this isn't some gimmick to buy the new CBZ, because quite honestly, that would be rude for JYP to do to Once. It stopped working around the time of the Tokyo Dome concert... has anyone had similar issues that cannot be resolved? I don't want to give in and buy a new CBZ.

I have recently received the current update for the light stick on March 20, 2019 and there is some problems with it. The performance setting is in Japanese text therefore I can't read and the update failed to reach 100%. I like it when there wasn't an uodate and the app setting was easier to use than right now.

I can barely connect my candy bong to the app during the Japan dome tour era, I always have to manually turn off my Internet connection after connecting to avoid that "select your location" or "update" screen. After the recent update which I thought would solve the problem, it absolutely DIDN'T. I couldn't even get my lightstick to connect with the app anymore, my bong did have blue flashing but the app just doesn't acknowledge it and just stays at the "your product is being recognised" screen.

I am very annoyed. I just got my lightstick today, I was excited to use the app to finally connect my candy bong to it. At first it worked, properly. But when it said to update the settings, my lightstick couldn't connect anymore. I keep trying, but it just won't.This is very annoying. Please fix this.

i couldnt use my candy bong during my concert!!! it wouldnt go past the update software screen. now, the lightstick connects to the app but it doesnt go past the loading screen even though the lightstick already turned blue!!! fix it please!! i use my lightstick for a night light and i hate that i cant change the settings at all.
