3 failed delivery attempt to pick up dental equipment so far. The driver refused to take the package even though its clearly labelled and they have taken payment. My advice is if it is something important use another service. EDIT: I called support already and they told me they refuse to take medical equipment. I informed them it is not medical equipment but they just repeated they can't take it. I've had to make arrangements with another service now because of the urgency.

I used to use them all the time with no issues. But for some reason the app doesnt want to install on my phone anymore. Link was sent to download but also doesnt work. Really dissapointed.

Worst Application ever. Very Poor Service. Horrible Experience. Delivery Delays for 10 Days within UAE. Sometimes also Ask for More money with excuse that we called the person Twice and he is not picking up. Kept making false excuses and unnecessary asking for more money without delivering the item. I am reporting to Consumer happiness. Not recommended at all even for small items and within same city or country.

I think you should really consider same day pick up and delivery, like what careem does. Your process is taking too long especially when we need the items on urgent basis.

Cannot download app. Called for support get told someone from tech will call but they don't. Just got new phone and it still won't download! I emailed your cxteam.and it gets bounced back so thats not helpful standard response you have.
