"This is a great app and easy to use" this is what some says because they get paid to say it. Dont use this app doesn't even load when you click on it and when it does load its blank. Save the space and dont get it.

I'm seeing haunting ads here sheesh. Also the screen pauses when I'm highlighting as if the app doesn't want me to copy. Now it's stuck in loading cycle and not displaying any Ammendment.

Every subject,or folder of information need to learn about was totally empty absolutely nothing in no information at all,so this means that everything that was described about this app is a lie,so why create the app & put it on Google play. Now, my next thought,or question is there something else behind the app like have people download the app to gain access to personal info.,through to their phone, tablet, IPad or computer(give permission to have access to info. & devices through downloading.)
