App freezes half the time. Try to use the remote start, it fails all the time. Lock the doors, takes 5 minutes, then it comes back as fail. Have to try 3 times before it actually works. Good thing is a trial version for the one year. Will never pay for such low quality system. Makes the Ford system so much better, and trust me it hurst to write that here.

Just cancelled my service. This app has login issues. It will not take special characters in a password and even though it says it takes fingerprint it logs you out routinely and makes you log back in with your password. Then you can use your fingerprint which kind of defeats the purpose of the fingerprint. Then sometimes it wont let you log in at all even with a password. Then when you are logged in occasionally it won't communicate with the vehicle. This app is junk.

The app is useless. They run off Sprint. I have a subscription and anything I tell the car fails every time. I needed gas the other day and it didn't let me know until an hour after I'd already filled it. They will come back with a polite response however if you can spend an hour scrolling through the one star reviews you'll understand they are doing nothing to fix it.

The service is great except that I have no Internet. Unfortunately it is requiring and over the air update which I have waited For 4 months now. With the amount of travelling I do this was a major contributing factor in purchasingThis plan so my kids could do schoolwork on the road. But again, half of this school year has been without.The rest of the service is great. To remotely lock and unlock my doors. Has came in very handy.

Beyond the absolutely-archaic hoops you have to jump to transfer ownership of a used car (Faxes! Lovin' that late 90s vibe already), remote functionality is locked behind the highest tier subscription and generally doesn't perform as expected 90% of the time. Want to remote start your car? Wait 30-45 seconds for a fail response! Lock/Unlock your car? SAME! Poll your car for a health report? You'll see it the next day! Maybe? But it's when you connect Google Assistant that the app's failures really stand out - You're using a voice action to interact with another voice action that will ABSOLUTELY NOT tell you if your request was sucessful or failed. Out of roughly 45 attempts at leveraging Google Assistant with the App, the ONLY command that has worked is "what is my fuel level". Deeply, deeply annoyed that there was no trial period to test it out, and I cannot wait to cancel the service.

Remote functions won't work, even after having update done by Ram.Took to Ram, did software updates-did'nt work. After a few more times, Ram replaced the radio. Worked at Ram but not after I left it no longer worked (all referring to remote services thru this app) Took it back again, ram did more updates. It worked correctly while at dealer, but not after I got home. Now, I have to start the vehicle again, turn it off then the remote start works 5-10 min then nothing unless I start veh again
