Never shipped products..customer service takes over a week to reply and the reply is wait longer! This app should not be in the app store!

FastTech itself is great and I "used" to love the app, but the last couple months when I select to view an products photo, it just shows a black photo or screen. I can go to FastTech website and I can view the image but not on the app. I really hope the developers for the issue. Using the app on a OnePlus 7 Pro
