By making cash payments, a vehicle can use any lane at toll plazas. However, the RFID will only work in the FASTag lanes. Vehicles without a valid FASTag will be charged in cash twice the applicable toll amount.FASTag is presently operational at 450+ toll plazas across National Highways. More toll plazas will be brought under the FASTag program in the future.

The app supports the sale and issuance of bank neutral FASTags to customers. Customers need to link the tag to their bank account for activation and for setting up direct debit instructions for tag recharge.

By using this tab users can stay updated about the nearest hospitals, restaurants, police stations, toll plazas, etc. from their location on the highway. Users can select multiple roadside options simultaneously. All events updated through crowd-sourcing (eg accident hotspots, road closures, congestion hotspots) will also be shown, along with regular voice updates.
