App would be ok if it worked. Scheduling could probably be better. Unable to connect with mobile data at times which is one of the main points for having the app.

Very disappointed, this app is very basic. You can set times and temperatures, that's it. It doesn't work with Google Home, you cannot trend temperatures (so unless someone is home 24/7 you cannot accurately trim on offs etc) doesn't display current (or any) outside air temperatures. Basically, not smart. After being promised compatibility with Google was being worked on, more than a year has passed with no progress. Its a shame as the heater itself is v efficient.

If you can avoid buying their radiators for their smart capability, do. I spent 5 hours setting up this app, with radiators (costing thousands), pressing the same button over and over on the back of their £150 box. One phone worked immediately, none of my other family android phones did. After sitting pressing the silly little reset button over and over, I eventually resorted to using adb backup/adb restore to move the data over because i just couldn't get the other phones to recognise. Support was non-existant. Unbelievable. How they can market this as simple is beyond me, let alone the price. I'm a developer myself - there's an OSS piece of software out there someone has written that works better than this. Once you're in - it's okay-ish. It's pretty basic. The Alexa integration is flaky.

Could be better. A simple timer function would be good. The ability to just turn it on for an hour or something.
