I usually have to renew my silver membership every Feb or so. Totally forgot to this year with Covid and all. Realized I havent gotten my new shirt or an email about it so went on the app to renew. It says Im a paid member until Fen 2023??? Haven't paid yet???? So if Im paid until then how did that happen??? And how do I get my shirt and things Im entitled to as a silver member???? Ever since this app Ive had nothing but issues

I downloaded the app and paid my premium membership, and everything was fine until I got the email to verify my email and now its totally kicked me out and so I try to make new one and use the same username but it says it already exists so I'm paid member cause it came out of my checking account but can't get back into the app I'm pissed

This is one of the best apps I've ever used, I'm a huge fan of Brantley, I've been a huge BG fan since May of 2016, but before that I was still a fan but not as big of a fan as I am now. I've seen him live in concert 4 time, met him twice, and he cares a lot about his fans. Much respect for BG! #BGNATION
