Convenience? QRcode takes too long to generate each time. Scanning of QRcode should be made easy, with huge button at the bottom of the screen instead hiding at small corner obscured by huge ads space! POS at store needs to use handheld instead of normal machine scan. Payment default is set and yet after scan, always prompt to change again, why? Not able to set default to GooglePay, keep switching back to pay 'Cash/Card at Payment counter' Not easy to use at all, takes too much time at Q

This app has become so difficult to use. Firstly, I can't find products on the app, but the same products can be found on their website. Secondly, there doesn't seem to be any available slot for delivery for the past month. I hope they resolve these issues as not everyone has the time or energy to make a trip to an outlet to get their necessities.

Your prices should be cheaper online. Operating costs are so much lower from offshore warehouses. Items should ship out from those warehouses, not from stores. The variety of goods are also limited online. Very ineffective. Pls also look into the poor connection issue when scanning the membership code during payment. I don't have issue with 4G, its your app.

Strangely some items were left out in the shopping cart when the order went through. They were not sold out, they were just auto left out during payment! Didnt realize until the delivery date itself which was too late. I will need to go to the supermarket to purchase again. What a hassle!

It's been almost 9 months since I last converted my dollars to linkpoints from my kopitiam card. As of today, I have not been able to use the linkpoints without adding a credit card. At this point, I have lost all hope that we will one day be able to pay with cash using the fair price app in kopitiam stores. I should have taken the cash refund from kopitiam management instead of transferring.

Lousy app. Since u display the vouchers out front then why can't flexibility be provided to allow choose the voucher first then the payment method? Since u embedded the voucher within payment option, the u should enforce a 2nd step process to ask for voucher or skip the option. I find it difficult to use your payment option thus i hardly patronise fairprice due to this lousy app
