Keep getting "the error occurred, try again later" when trying to check any of the offerings

App needs improvement! I wish the app contained more filtering options by search. For example, you can't filter cars based on features like navigation screen, etc.

Please do not get a car with this company. They will tax you on mileage and Tolls. They are liars. Your better off financing a vehicle then dealing with a company that wants to take all of your money. Please take my advice and have a change of heart before downloading this app.

Simple as quick and easy! But after you sign that deal, you are literally on your own and if you live in Florida, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO PURCHASE THE CAR, but in california they do (according to their worker that was helping me with the lease); it's simply an expensive lease for a car not worth the price. When I went to pick up the car, nobody took the time to show me the car, look around or hand me the instructions to know how to operate the car. In my opinion, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My experience from beginning to end from putting in my order for a vehicle to the final signing and the keys exchanging of hands was smooth and pleasant. I had questions that I received promptly which made the journey of purchasing a vehicle easy and not complicated. Everything was straight forward and there was no hiccups or road bumps to hinder getting into a vehicle and driving away with a smile. Kudos to the Marc who helped with questions I had and Mayra Hernandez who was there to help me and made sure I was able to get a vehicle with no problems. I am happy with the courtesy, service and professionalism these two representatives of fair showed and delivered through out the entire process, thank you from the bottom of my heart your commitment to excellent customer services is greatly appreciated!!

This company still has not fixed account payment errors that were reported 11 months ago (thats nearly a whole year) I have given up on followup (as the response is always the same, we had some software transition issues we have to have a different department resolve this, it should be fixed within a week... meanwhile a year latter after turning in the vehicle they are still trying to say I owe them a significant sum of money and are still not applying over charges that occurred in Feb/Mar 2020
