The app is fraudulent, it's scamming people's money. They don't deliver the products. In addition to that, the app's functionality itself is terrible, full of bugs.

You surely will face loads of bugs in this App but it worth each penny because some products has big discounts regardless the long term many of them take to arrive at PDC. You'll probably spend time sending emails to Facily about it but they return all of them to you since that you to have Dalay Lama's patience to wait. .
