Our vision is to create a revolutionary VR app to help people prepare for job-level skills. One so immersive that the user is totally engaged into the experience. And so smart that it can learn from your voice, just like humans.

The Competencies app is our solution in this direction. It helps you experience and practice for job interviews in VR. This app can be used in guest mode or by using a unique access code.

1. Guest Mode: You can experience the free content by logging in as guest. We regularly publish new content which can be used by all.
2. Access Code:You may need a unique access code to access the advance features. Please login to our web platform to generate your unique access code.

Features
Business Communication:
Now prepare for business communication skills, in virtual reality environments. With this feature, you can also get a real-time expert feedback on your training sessions*. The questions asked in these training sessions are taken from real life scenarios and are constantly updated with latest research at real time.

1. Job Interviews: Currently, we are supporting these interviews:
a. Information Technology Interviews: Android, iOS, Web, JAVA, Product Manager, Testing, DevOps, Data Science, UI/UX, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Intel, Synopsis, Cadence.
b. Sales and Marketing Interviews: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, General HR, Finance, Deloitte Consulting, McKinsey & Co Consulting, Boston Consulting, TATA, Reliance, Goldman Sans, Proctor & Gamble.
c. Bank Interviews: SBI PO, IBPS PO, HDFC, Investment Banking.
d. Interview Presentations: Practise interview presentation in front of a diverse audience. Presentations are common practice to evaluate a candidate for leadership positions.

2. Saved Sessions: Now you can record your practice session and hear it back anytime. Up to ten saved sessions are stored in the mobile device.
(Known issue: Go the phone setting and enable Microphone and Storage access permission manually. Currently, the app does not ask for it.)

3. Final Round: This is AI-powered personalized interview room only available for registered users. We create a curated set of questions for each user after a careful study of their resume and past practice sessions conducted using this app.

4. Performance: Now you can view your performance feedback like speaking pace, hesitation words and eye contact in the app. Currently this feature is available only to registered users.
