Pathetic customer service. My order was delayed by many days. No response from customer service. Although they provided email & phone number, but no one cares. Finally after this disappointment, I asked them to cancel my order. It's prepaid. Again NO REPLY & no customer service support. Fake numbers & fake mails are provided. Please BEWARE. They don't refund money & are totally disinterested.

It doesn't allow me to log in or register new account. I bought white churidar and also made payment through online shopping but there is no further process after the amount is deducted. It's best not to buy online

The app or the website doesn't load at all inspite of the net speed being 150 Mbps. Extremely slow site and stupid app. Installed the app 2 hours ago And it still hasn't loaded. Was checking the website, in the beginning for 10 min, it was working perfectly fine. But later it stopped loading. Have tried over several instances on seperate days, and this is the result. The app and site really need some assistance.

Extremely unprofessional and totally lacking in basic courtesy. I placed an order on 13 October. The status was shown as order shipped. When I did not receive the order for 2 weeks I contacted customer service only to be told they had cancelled my order without having the basic courtesy to let me know. The customer service is pathetic, not the first bad experience either. They sit on your money for weeks, cancel order at will. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Hopeless Refund My order was COD but when I applied for return on app I couldn't find any option for bank account updation... neither any other way of refund...my money is stucked.

Not at all expected from a brand like Fabindia. Am a very fond customer, have almost all furnishing from here, but the app sucks literally!!.Its v slow first of all. Suddenly while scrolling, i am logged out. When i login back, all my items in wishlist are moved to cart. I have to remove them all if i have to place an order. I have ordered a lamp thrice, but it always gets canceled and then its again available for sale. I mean, Why?
