I have been trying for weeks to figure out how to login. I have reset my password many times and it always says wrong password. I can't even use it and my heart rate monitor is just lying there. Can the developers spend more time in getting the basics right on the Android version or is it all about the iPhone??

It told me there was an account set up with my email address but when I tried to reset my password it said it didn't recognize my email address! Very frustrating :(

The app works on my galaxy s10+. I have no issues so far. Takes about 5 mins or more for the stats to show up after the workout.

The app doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Like other users have commented, the loading circle just keeps spinning and spinning. As an F45 Training Studio owner, this is extremely disappointing. Half of our members are having the same issue and some are not getting their stats emailed to them. Also, starting today, a lot of our members can't sync up their Lionhearts to the studio which is an issue that's happening worldwide with other F45 Studios. So much for a state-of-the-art product!

Because I can't give it a zero. Another samsung user who cant use this app. Frequent crashes oh and always having to go through setup each time app opens, what's with that?Plus now it won't even let me login even after changing my password multiple times.
