Worst app , trying to resister from 3 month . I have valid registered mobile but OTP never come. Tried calling customer helpline provided by school, but know one there to attend call. No email id, no valid customer care. They took 5k on books but no actual support . School says call Chrysalis but how to connect them ?

Dear all When we share a response on the app for an activity via a picture we cannot see the preview of the photo which we have attached while the same is available in case of audio message attached as a response. Many a times we have attached wrong photo as response to an assignment given by the teacher and in order to avoid confusion please also show preview of the photo attached and option to delete / change in case of wrong attachment.

Once we upload the picture we could not view the uploaded picture. If wrongly upload a picture means we are not able to reupload the correct one. Plz develop the above option. Otherwise it's a nice app.

I could see some fault in this app. It consumes a lot of internet. Notification doesn't comes. Pictures can't be zoom in. Delete option should be removed. By getting all this faults, i could say that the coding team is not so professional unlike other coding teams. Please look into the matter and try to solve the problems.

I never seen such a worst application which is very bad in shape and don't have interface to windows software. The way the people is taking class is to read the book what they printed in the material. Then they told the kids to complete given exercises. The readingcan be done by anyone who knows reading English. Just want to highlight to take care of these issues.
