Customer service is really bad. They won't respond properly. The app says there is 10 day replacement for any spectacles bought but when I asked them to replace my specs they didn't respond. Also the screw of the hinge got loosened on the first day itself . Enough said .

No confirmation of order booked on 25/4/2020 Prescription cannot be loaded on app. Sent prescription on whatsapp no confirmation. Asking them to cancel order no confirmation
