This app is the best app in terms of building circuits. Before i try my stuff, i ALWAYS use this app. Although, each time i try to make an experiment with the 555 circuit, it will tell me that it dosent know the result. Apart from that, Its GREAT 😀😀😀👍👍👍👍

On my previous apple devices, I used iCircuit. Compared to iCircuit, Everycircuit is smoother in processing, allows you to see more (oscilloscope and component configuration do not take up the whole screen), is better for experimentation, and has an online community feature. However, Everycircuit has some limitations compared to iCircuit. The workspace limits how big you can make a circuit, components like crystals and jfets are nonexistent, and the time division function is finicky.

Cool app but the smart placement of where the app chooses to place the joint is not helpful. It throws off the circuit placing joint incorrectly in front or behind components. As well using the 555 gives random undesired responses such as crashing, failure to present some of the circuits info to screen or slowing down the phone itself. But impressive app none the less.

I am a P.E. and E.E. and my grandson and I use Every Circuit to analyze our projects, inventions, and designs. There may be a nuclear scientist who needs more features, but for the other 99% Every Circuit is more than perfect for us. I recommend this app all 5 stars. Wilmington, NC. ps- I read a few other reviews, -- and my grandson is 10 yrs old and needed only a few minutes to learn the basics. He was using the "wrench" and changing parameters easily. Reach out if you need help with features

I'm an electrical engineering student, it has a lot of the functionality I would want in an app. It doesn't replace simulators like LTspice or circuitlab on the PC but it is an excellent mobile phone simulator. My only complaint is the size of the workspace is too small.

It may be good? 1 star as I don't know and feel frustrated I can't find out. 24 hrs to evaluate such a complex product is woefully short, as apps go £12 is a reasonably significant purchase price, but one I would without hesitation pay if the app is worth it. Its not enough to learn the interface, create circuits and establish whether i like it, what would the developer loose with a 1 week eval? For sure with a 24hr eval he has lost the potential of my money.

About this app

All joking aside, this time you will understand how electronic circuits work.

"I stumbled upon some serious gold" - GeekBeat.tv
"This app takes design to a whole new level of interactivity" - Design News

Build any circuit, tap play button, and watch dynamic voltage, current, and charge animations. This gives you insight into circuit operation like no equation does. While simulation is running, adjust circuit parameters with analog knob, and the circuit responds to your actions in real time. You can even generate an arbitrary input signal with your finger!

That's interactivity and innovation you can't find in best circuit simulation tools for PC.

EveryCircuit is not just an eye candy. Under the hood it packs custom-built simulation engine optimized for interactive mobile use, serious numerical methods, and realistic device models. In short, Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's current and voltage laws, nonlinear semiconductor device equations, and all the good stuff is there.

Growing library of components gives you freedom to design any analog or digital circuit from a simple voltage divider to transistor-level masterpiece.

Schematic editor features automatic wire routing, and minimalistic user interface. No nonsense, less tapping, more productivity.

Simplicity, innovation, and power, combined with mobility, make EveryCircuit a must-have companion for high school science and physics students, electrical engineering college students, breadboard and printed circuit board (PCB) enthusiasts, and ham radio hobbyists.

EveryCircuit is free to download and use. There is an option to purchase the full version of EveryCircuit that allows you to build and simulate large circuits, save unlimited number of circuits, store them on cloud, and sync between your devices. It is available via a one time in-app purchase for $14.99. The app requires a permission to access your account for authentication in EveryCircuit community.
