I didn't see any crashes. Some of the features were a little awkward, but everything I tried worked. You need to be able to read mail from the device to authenticate.

This is an interesting tool for staying connected. Neat to see who is around. It would be nice if news etc opened in-app (at least with a summary) rather than immediately going to browser. Also when returning to map view after clicking a profile it would be good too return to the map location you were at rather than going back to your GPS location.
