Content teaching is awesome but in our ftr course there are no options for speed and fast forward or backward Plz fix this immediately

Truly I would say i had spent 30000 for this app and it is working the worst.. There are alot of bugs. 1.Over the wifi it is not gaining access. 2.The downloads are not getting properly. 3.It is loosing the internet connection always. 4.It is not been designed properly. 5.Students will face problem for sure. 6.ETOOS MUST BUILD IT UP QUICKLY OR ELSE IT IS SURE THAT IT WOULD COLLAPSE SHORTLY..

It gets worst whenever an update is available. You just keep logging in again and again. If you download any lecture from the app then you cannot play it without having internet connection, then why the download button is given. Please fix its bugs.
