Good move to mobile apps. But I think need to put more effort into UI and the responsive speed. Btw, the 'share receipt' feature will make the apps hang. Nobody replied to my email. Can you advise? I need the receipt for submission. It makes me in trouble now. Thanks.

the system can't update the topup amount immediately that caused me cannot enter the parking via my 1CARD to get my cheaper parking fee. Pls upgrade your system! so disappointed of this situation happened to me twice!

When you can upgrade merchant machine can scan customer QR code for earn point ,and sometimes press wrong amount for point it cannot void it on the spot

I'm glad there's an alternative to top up CPC instead of hunting for the auto pay machine at the mall. Would be great if the current car park system can be upgraded to allow QR scanning of our ONECARD at the car park entrance in case we forget to bring the physical card. After all, that's what having apps are for, to reduce physical cards right? The current system is very dated and been in place for decades...time for a tech upgrade!

App is extremely slow and bloated with too many things. 1pay frequently doesn't work because location cannot be detected, even though location is already switched on. The only good thing about it is that it's now easier to top up parking card (during the rare occasions that location syncs).
