This app sucks, it takes forever to load. I have to close it and open it several times before it works. Plus the UI is horrible. I have to dig through several menus to find what I want. I've already identified my favorite sports and teams, so why do I keep opening the app to see highlights of cricket and rugby. It can't be too difficult to put articles and highlights from my teams upfront. Overall a lousy experience, will delete soon and download the yahoo app instead

I love the content. However, the functionality has not worked well at all. I thought it was my device, but since I have gotten a new phone, the same troubles persist. I get sent a notification, and when I click on it, it takes forever to load and doesn't go to the video or article. I have updated the app, unintalled and reinstalled, but still the same issue. My wife and son also have the same problem.

This app (still) has a lot of issues. It freezes when you're trying to go back to the main page after reading an article. Videos won't play. The ads seem to always play, but the video afterward doesn't. I've also found there's no way to filter content that doesn't interest me, for example WNBA news. Update Jan 1 2024: this app is still terrible. When I click a video, the add plays 100% of the time and the actual video plays about 0%.

Ludicrous(ly slow) speed! Since the latest update, I don't bother and just open the ESPN website on my browser. It takes a minute or two to load anything on the app. Including the homepage. Oh, you wanted to see a different page? That'll be another two minutes. Sometimes, it never loads. I don't know what y'all 'fixed' in that update, but I would consider unfixing it.

Decent app, but buggy. Crashes every now and then. Doesn't remember where I was on a podcast episode if I close the app. Before video highlights, it makes you watch the ads before the video plays but then won't play the video. This makes you have to restart the video and (surprise!) another ad plays before the video. Whoever manages the development of this app needs to fix these ongoing bugs.

This app seems to get worse and worse for the phone. About 80% of the videos I click to watch, it shows the a commercial, then freezes..I have to click out and click back in only to watch another 30 second commercial all for a 30 second highlight. On top of that, the highlight takes 20 seconds to get to full resolution. The video suggestions are also a joke. I watch 3 soccer highlights, then get 50 suggestions of MLB or NFL when I rarely watch either of them. Do better ESPN
