Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ERMA on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

About this app

ERMA is designed for the exclusive use of the Tennessee Association of Realtors members. ERMA aggregates all the courses and classes throughout Tennessee that are CE based and approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. ERMA makes it easier for TAR members to search for offerings of continuing education regardless of how it’s offered – either by correspondence, by classroom or even online.

Need a class on a certain topic or location? Did you miss an opportunity to take a required class and now you need to find the next available one? If so, no worries. ERMA allows you to do that. Based on your search, ERMA will tell you WHEN and WHERE it’s being offered. All classroom-based courses are geocoded so you can search for offerings by proximity to your location. If a classroom setting is not your style and you’re looking for online offerings for quick CE, ERMA has it. You can also elect to search for courses in which you learn at your own pace by searching through correspondence courses.

ERMA allows you to bookmark classes you may be interested in taking AND even keep a running list of the classes you take.

Through ERMA, Tennessee Association of Realtor members now have a convenient way to find continuing education in the palm of their hand.
