I really like the app, wish there was a way to switch it off when you're riding with someone else...I just turn off location. Maybe there is a ways and idk yet. Speed detection is accurate. Breaking is very sensitive. Has made me more aware and drive safe though.

Good idea but often crashes on Android. Can't view any family members without it just shutting down. Otherwise a good way to get focused on safe driving practices.

Inaccurate speed detection The app constantly has me going 91 mph during the same stretch of my commute every day. I'm going less than half of that speed seeing as how the speed limit is 40 in that area. Little frustrating

Had to u install app bc it drains my battery too fast.. But is a great app.. Def. Made me think twice before picking up my phone (i didnt want lose points(aka bath and body works money 😅) it did make me notice how much of a leadfoot i have too!

Poor developer response, about the only good thing is the money that you get for driving well. But lately to click into the family section the app dies have sent several emails but there is just zero response

About this app

YourTurn is Erie Insurance’s rewards-based telematics program for drivers. The program is designed to incentivize good driving behaviors through rewards and provide advice on improving driving habits.

The program will allow drivers to track their driving behaviors using a mobile application and earn rewards that can be cashed in for gift cards or pre-paid Visa cards, or donated to charity! All just for displaying good driving behaviors.

The application determines how well drivers are doing by giving them a score based on their performance in the categories of phone distraction, speeding, acceleration, braking, and cornering – with higher-risk behaviors, such as distraction and speeding, weighted more heavily. Scores are captured and reset at the end of each two-week scoring period.

Rewards are of course great, but there are other fun features too! Leaderboards allow you to see how you’re doing compared to your peers, trends let you see how you do over time, streaks let you see how many consecutive trips you’ve gone without a negative event, and badges track achievements over time – number of miles without a speeding incident, etc.

A valid mobile number and email address are required to use this application.
