It was a great app. The problem is it is linked to the site so you gotta be careful. Almost all of the novels translated have been dropped for some reasons, a few others would be stalled, so there is no updates for those novels. I don't recommend anyone to download this app. It has been almost 6-7 months since the last update for the app. It used to be a great site to read light novels from but now there is nothing to see. Almost all of the good LN's have been dropped or abandoned.

Baka tsuki was the place to go for LN translations... I used to spend time editing for them, unfortunately baka-tsuki is very honest so once an official release for a certain language was serialised they dropped the project entirely and removed it, there are very few projects left on Baka-tsuki and they haven't updated some of those in years... I only gave three stars because this used to be my community........ Miss it

BakaReader is the best light novel app to date. I enjoy using the app. The downside is the error am getting for some of novels I want to read. It's showing on the official website but its not accessible through the app. Hope you guys can fix this bug!

This WAS the official BT Android reader app. It was amazing during its prime time. But most of the programmers that spend their time on BT has left the community. Almost every single official tools are dead and abandoned. Here's 5 star for the good memories from almost a decade ago.

Its good once you find out how to actually use the app. There were no instructions whatsoever on how to find novels. Opened the app for the first time to see blank pages so i had to actually google how to use the app since there are no instructions in the app itself nor in the description of the app in the app store. But after that everything worked fine. Just wished there were more novels.

I like it. I really wanted to read Light novels and I thank BakaReader EX for the experience. They gave it to us for free! They also give us the opportunity to download it and read it offline. You don't longer have to worry that your Mama might power off the wifi or you don't have any data if you're want to read it outside your home. It's very convinient.
