I had no idea that there are so many types of unconscious bias effecting the quality of decision making in business until now. The Equal Reality experience really helps bring these bias into the open and helps facilitate a better understanding of how to work towards making quality inclusive decisions. Be sure to try the HTC vive version for a truly immersive experience.

This app is as close as it gets to walking in another person's shoes and seeing through their eyes. When it comes to unconcsious bias training - this is the best way to do it.
