The app crashes every time I try to open it to use. Not worth paying for the membership if I never get to actually use it. I tried to cancel and it says I haven't met the minimal requirements to cancel (?). Definitely think I should be able to cancel if it never works!

DO NOT SIGN UP Paid for a membership that is completely unusable. Website wont let you cancel it. Nobody replies to emails or contact attempted here and to app developer. Wont open..just crashes. Stealing our money
