If this app is as bad as Steven Emerson's ridiculous comments on Fox News on Birmingham (11th January 2015) it's a complete waste of time. But don't take my word for it; David Cameron, British Prime Minister, said that Emerson is 'a complete idiot'. I can't disagree.

The IPT has been critical to my master's degree in counterterrorism studies. I am pleased they have an app. Anyone who refuses to see the link between islam and terrorism is intentionally deluding themselves. Islam breeds a culture of hatred and fear. They use hatred to inspire their fighters, and fear to sway others. It has been this way for 1400 years. Download this app and educate yourself. The true face of islam has snarling, bloody fangs.

A well designed simple app with a wealth of information. Useful for added intelligence security research. Not sure why it needed so many permissions however I have been a long time supporter of Steve Emerson and the IPT so no major concerns there...All good!

I couldnt wait to get this app to compliment the emails and blog and main web page but the freaky privacy invading permissipns demanded put me right off. This is sad when the issue IPT deals with is the most critical that we face and deserves as much support as we can muster.

About this app

The Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) is a non-profit research group founded by Steven Emerson in 1995. It is recognized as the world's most comprehensive data center on radical Islamic terrorist groups. For more than a decade, the IPT has investigated the operations, funding, activities and front groups of Islamic terrorist and extremist groups in the United States and around the world.

It has become a principal source of critical evidence to a wide variety of government offices and law enforcement agencies, as well as the U.S. Congress and numerous public policy forums.

Research carried out by the IPT team has formed the basis for thousands of articles and television specials on the subject of radical Islamic involvement in terrorism, and has even led to successful government action against terrorists and financiers based in the United States.
