Aims And Objectives:

It is our primary aim to provide a stable and stimulating environment with a home culture, so that each child will gain confidence in his or her new surroundings and develop an awareness of new situations.

We aim to prepare the children, challenge them, and develop them into rounded little people with their own personalities, likes and dislikes. Individuality is a cherished asset of each child. We encourage this and allow each child to develop at his or her own pace.

Our objective is to put the children in different learning situations which are carefully planned and will stimulate their natural curiosity.

Children learn by understanding, repetition and practice and so we offer each child a chance to explore in a specially created learning environment, which is appropriate for their age, physical, emotional social, language and intellectual abilitie.

We firmly believe in lots of cuddles and affection because we know that this promotes a sense of value and well being in every child and promotes a strong self image.For children to learn and develop in a healthy way they need to feel comfortable, relaxed and safe which is why we pay the greatest attention to the overall environment of the nursery.

Children need quiet times and times to release their energy and our day is structured to allow children the freedom to choose, within reason the most appropriate times for them to rest, concentrate or to be active and noisy..

Trained staff guide the children in their learning and offer every opportunity for each child to develop to his or her full potential.

Younger babies have a home from home routine wherever possible and build their relationship with a primary carer which makes them feel stable and secure and allows them to benefit from the play and learning opportunities offered to them.
