I got on this app in its beta stage but now I can't even get access to my own account after it switched over. It has been almost 10 months now and I have recieved no response to my multiple email inquiries. It is a fun app but there is zero customer service, and I mean zero! I got so frustrated that I even emailed to request the deletion of my account and all my content, but I am still to hear back from them 6 months after my last email.

I can see this short form audio format taking off. It's a great way to add an extra bit of personalization to whatever you want to share as so much character and context is lost in text. 4 stars as there's a couple items I think really could use improvement but overall the experience is unique and easy to use.
