About this app

Precious stones are minerals that have a beautiful appearance (as a rule, only after polishing or cutting) and at
the same time they are quite rare and, as a result, expensive. They are widely used for the production of jewelry,
collected in collections, used as banking assets. In our program, for each stone, a photo and a description are
selected, physical and chemical properties are described. The names of all the stones are arranged in
alphabetical order for maximum convenience, with a note about which category (precious, semi-precious) each
stone belongs to. We tried to choose such photos of stones so that both the natural and faceted shape of the
stone could be seen. Our goal is to share interesting and varied information about the wonderful world of jewelry.
