Worked the first time, but now just loops on the boot screen without actually starting. According to other responses on reviews that it requires rebooting the hardware. This should be a pop up in the UI of the app recommending rebooting the hardware, looping is unacceptable.

this app sucks! hardly ever works, always loses connection, and can't connect back to system. this is the porest excuse of access for a system that cost $1500!

Won't connect. I set up the CineHome II system on my Roku TV and now the app will not connect. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Just shows it constantly loading. I have not been in contact with support and my issue is ongoing

For a $1500. system this app is a joke! Works sometimes. Most times doesn't. Usually have to delete and re install to get to connect to hub. And support will never acknowledge any of their products have issues. It's always an issue with you, your equipment, or your environment. Never their app or systems. I've had these problems from the beginning and there is never a solution that is a permanent fix. Well, I've deleted the app again. Excuse me while I go re download and install. AGAIN!

Thanks, Enclave support for the recent 'clarifications' about which version is needed based on the system in use. Apparently the Enclave 'original' and the 'new and improved' version II require DIFFERENT applications. Could have saved a lot of time, frustration, and 'bad publicity' if that's made "more clear". Yes. This version works on my system. Updates complete. All setting saved and working. Thanks!

Very buggy. Does not maintain connection while watching a show, so adjusting speaker levels, presets etc is a pain. You have to reconnect ( normally takes more than one attempt). The physical remote that is offered does not adjust the levels, change settings etc and you can't even see the volume level. Speakers are awesome, but the app is horrible.
