We have the 5.2 enclave audio speaker setup in our livingroom. Everything is better with more bass right? Sounds fantastic! I like that I can switch it to bluetooth and play tunes from my favorite playlist on my phone while the tv is off. The directions don't go into much details on what the system can do so we called and they had a tech call us back to school us over the phone on all the options you can do. Great friendly service too. Love our system❣

Had speaker system 2 years. Like it. Works and sound is good. Every time i attempt to check for updates i am challenged to complete the task. Up till now i alwYs get there but exhausting. This time nothing. Yes they are paired thru samsung s9 phome but connect got me to 25% and just stayed there. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing.....

No ability to stream Google Play Music or iTunes? Only 5 approved streaming apps under subscription category. I have a $20 cheap Photive brand bluetooth speaker that lets me stream whatever audio is playing on my phone through a simple bluetooth connection. Why can this much more expensive system do the same?

Crashes when trying to update. Doesn't always pair. I like the concept and the speaker adjustment but the rest doesn't work. Unable to run my system as 5.2 without the update. Going to return the second sub.

The app should be better. I like the ability to control with my phone. I wish it could be connected to control on my phone without taking the sound audio.

Website says to download app to upgrade firmware for audio system. No option to do anything let alone that
