The app works fine, although I feel like the business model is not attractive enough to users (too much fees). Some dogsitters are well paid to look after dogs while with this app, the dogsitter needs to pay to provide that service? The idea is really good but there needs to be improvement to the model in order to attract more people and keep users around 😊

I signed up for premium and the app prevents me from cancelling my premium membership. If I try to cancel or contact help, it redirects to "This site can't be reached DSN_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". I am blocked from cancelling premium. I can't delete my account while there is an active premium membership, and choosing to deactivate does not cancel premium. Since it is impossible to cancel charges, this is my only way to contact the app. I believe this is a scam - I am warning others to stay away.

Not a volunteer app, despielte being advertised as such. App is full of people who are selling services. I wouldn't mind, but I paid 30€ to be advertised at, when I could just look in classified ads. Developer ignores emails asking for a refund and clearly has no interest in doing anything about maintaining quality of service on their app. Would rate 0 if I could.

This app looks like a scam, I paid the €30 to be able to contact borrowers, texted several people on my area, nobody answered, contacted the service, they also didn't reply, and now I can't log in because it asks for an update that my phone doesn't take for some reason. If I manage to log in again I will try to ask for a refund. A total rip off!

Everytime I've tried to log in in the last week I get an error message. The same happens if I try to log on on the website and even the forgot my password option doesn't seem to work (wanted to try in case that's why I'm getting an error message). Its a shame because I really like the app when it works!

New here, but it seems to work great! Well constructed and feels secure! Minor bug with logging in, but after I manually entered my email address it worked.
