Empire is overall garbage, this app won't let me log in. The website was designed by the most out of date individuals with 0 easy access available. 1 hour so far and I have gotten nothing accomplished. This is how you get deterred from utilizing the service so the can optimize gains by not paying out.

Glitchy. App erases your entire search if you hit the back button to see other choices, making you start from scratch every time. You can't even pay your premium through the app. You have to visit a 3rd party site to do so. As for the insurance: Can't even get a low, tier-1 generic drug that's on their admitted drug list, for a diabetic. But thanks for taking my money every month BCBS!

It doesn't works, the app can't recognize my log in information, but I have no problem to log in with my laptop...

I tried to register and every time and error pops up saying sorry, looks like something isn't working. But it doesn't explain what is the actual problem. The idea of an app sounds interesting, but I wish I can actually utilize it. Please fix this bug.

some links do not work like changing PCP. sometimes the login screen does not finish loading. I'll keep using it for as long as you guys keep updating it because it dis help me find a doctor and I needed this.
