The idea behind the app is amazing!. The app itself is full of bugs, Sessions are not kept, you have to log in every single time to be able to use the app, App is not stable i tried to login at different times during the day and it is showing errors, It shows very technical messages to the end user, The UX is so bad. Website is worse than that.

Update: The app had some good more user-friendly updates and customer support has been truly amazing! --------------------------------------- The idea behind this app is brilliant! The downsides for me are the sluggish awfully slow customer support and the faulty messaging service (not showing any notifications and only available on the phone). But overall it's not a totally bad experience.

Ridiculously expensive with terrible service. The app needs an overhaul probably for the backend which seems non existent. Its sad that people that need help the most will not be able to afford it with these explotative prices.

Very buggy app, worst support, I had an issue, tried to find a support button on the app, not working, contacted them on Facebook page they told me we'll check and get back to you, I reached them back after 48 hours, then after 10 days! All I got was "we still checking the issue", no clarification for the issue no time estimation for resolving, nothing. Very overpriced, 600 L.E per 50 min session on this very buggy app is too much! There's other apps that offer better service with lower prices!

That's a nope for me. 1. Chose your challange: You can't make more than one choice! 2. Matching tool: The answers choices dont match the questions. There're a lot of levels between sometimes and never. Maybe 1-10 could be more helpful. I couldn't answer the questions because of this. 3. I need to know how many questions there are, and how much left. 4. Font is Light, low contrast, white text on bright background. 5. Why are the prices in USD?! Im in Europe. Show me euro, or EGP, why USD?!
