It works!!!! It finally works! The black screen was not discussed by Lloyd but was given instructions on how to access the screen. It took me two refunds and a third try and finally got it. Give it another try to all those that had a problem. I wanted to give up on it and something pulled me in again. This third time is the winner:). Thank you Ellusionist!!!!! Thank you developer for fixing the issue and for having patience to the emails you received.

Good app, but similar to a couple other apps. *First: When it opens and you get the blank screen, swipe down with 2 fingers and it will show your options. They should have told you this right off, instead of it being in the middle of the instruction video. Rushed the video perhaps? The good: Fun effect. Most won't suspect the method if performed properly. The bad: The video instructions are abysmal. Seriously, just a rambling mess. Sorry, but for the price, the videos should be much better! .

Hi most of features are not working for me. Background picture cant be changed, it just stays the same, and the various options under both Quick Sketch and Android settings are not working at all. And the latter despite me on Android. The effect is nonetheless promising, and I've managed to work it although with none of the options above. My phone: Huawei P30 running on Android 10. Can someone look into pls? Thanks

Just purchased. Same issues as others - Samsung Galaxy S9+. Black screen. Uninstalled, but when I clicked the button on the website screen (that reads "Installed"), it goes right into trying to charge me again, so I cannot even try the path of reinstalling and trying again. I rebooted the phone, but that didn't do anything. Either need the fix without having to pay for it again, or need a refund.

Crashes immediately every time I try to run it. Uninstalled. Refund requested. Don't bother downloading it for Google Pixel, it's not compatible. **Edit** After the publisher responded to say they'd fixed it I did try again, but still just the same - crashes instantly 100% of the time when I try to launch it. Simply not remotely fit for purpose. Won't be trying it a third time.

Having a couple of issues...App doesn't always open to settings when I swipe and just freezes. Secondly I can see a reset performance button when I press background but it doesn't appear to do anything and I still get random alerts as if I am performing ie the labels pop up. On a good side when it works it is brilliant but it needs smoothing out.
