Several of us in our BMW shop are having issues with this app. App frequently closes unexpectedly and login info has to be re-entered.. especially when trying to add photos or videos. Far too many steps for filling out tread depth and brake lining measurements. We need 1 screen with one-click "boxes". Simplify... Also... the app does not allow you to read any chat messages within repair orders... Please consider the input of your clients (us) in order to make this tool... much better.

Horrible app. Does not work on Android. Logs you out any time you minimize the app. Repair orders do not load. Great way to waste a flat rate technicians time. The good reviews have to be fake. This app does not work for anyone at the dealer. Each person has different issues. Good work!

This is one of the worst, most bug ridden apps I've ever had the misfortune
of being forced to use. On multiple shop devices, it's constantly force
closing, it cannot add pictures to primary line recommendations (despite
eLeads and our dealership telling us we're supposed to "connect" repair
recs to the primary line on the repair order), and every time I try to add
a picture, it doesn't recieve the MPI form state from my work terminal, so
when I upload the pictures, it will save the MPI as empty, forcing me to
fill it in again. This is NOT conducive to an efficient flat rate work
environment, and is costing me money. The only reason I use this app at all
is because I'm required to. Please get your act together with this app,
it's making my work life miserable.
