UPDATE: 1 year later, the PM hasn't discovered the Dark mode function yet. It should have Dark Mode. It's too white to browse the app while lying in bed about to sleep.

Serious issues with purchases they either dont confirm purchases, get charged late, deliveries over a month... delivering wrong items, unable to pay with Bizum... never a straight forward experience. Always issues, it feels like a very poorly designed app and just a horrible customer experience. Incredibly disappointed.

I ordered through the app two days ago and today it doesn't work. I updated the app but it always shuts down. I'm trying to send a complaint about my order but it keeps saying I can't send a message and then the app shuts down again

This app is awful. Reset my cart several times while trying to make the order, redirecting you to other pages constantly and emptying the cart. Finally get to the end, the same day delivery promise is also not true. Don't waste your time.

TO BE IMPROVED: if you need to leave the chat for some reason (for example, to consult article reference), the chat is reset to zero and you need to start all over again. Very irritating.
