I could have given 0 star if was possible.... For the rude language of the attender who called for confirmation..... Rude and rude..... I would suggest her to learn some manners and language to be dealing with customers..... As we are regular customer we expect to be greeted and politely served.....

All my purchase bills aren't showing since Feb. I've even gone to big mart at City center to clear this issue. However my complaints fell on deaf ears.

I was unable to view my purchase. Please deal on it immediately. If I can't track my bills, orders,etc. there is no use using the app.

Still the same issue, spelling mistake(Loyalty), have not received PIN so far, unable to view previous purchase and character limitations in feedback.
