Institute Dashboard (Edvizo Rise - Silver): Edvizo Rise is an institute management system that is used to manage an institutes’ profile page, admission process, batch and roll number allocation, send emails and messages, track students’ performance, metrics, and other key data points relevant to an institute, department, or specific process. Through the use of data visualizations, dashboards simplify complex data sets to provide institutes and students/parents information regarding current performance and happenings of the institute at a glance.
1. Teachers: You can manage your teachers’ information here.
2. Courses: You can manage the courses for which you are going to take admissions. Students can directly enroll to these courses online and pay fees online or can download application form for offline payment.
3. Applications: You can check the records of students who have applied for admission. If
someone has opted to pay offline payment at institute, you need to update the payment status from “Pending” to “Completed”. Here, you can allocate roll numbers and batches to the applicants. You can also download the application forms here.
4. Batches: You can add or remove or modify the details of the batches like batch strength,
class timings etc. as per your requirement.
5. Students: Maintain records of all important details about every students. Record can be
edited as per requirement. You can download these informations in CSV, Excel or PDF format.
6. Form Enquiry: All the general inquiries related to admission submitted by students/parents can be viewed and replied from here.
7. Email Template: Using email templates allow you to quickly and easily create, write, and
send emails without having to start from scratch or starting at a blank screen.
8. Send Emails: This feature is used to send important informations to parents and students via email.
9. Send SMS: This feature is used to send personalized SMS to parents and students. These SMS may include emergency holiday announcements, wishing messages on any festival, fee notification, etc.
10. Notications: You can send important notifications to parents and students which will
automatically notified to students via email, SMS and mobile app.
11. Exam Management: You can schedule upcoming class tests here along with test type, test syllabus etc. Results can be send to parents and students of the same.
12. Assignment Management: You can send assignments to students of a particular batch in the form of PDF attachment.
13. Events: Any event related notifications can be sent from this section. Events include
Motivational sessions, festival celebrations etc.
14. Reviews and Ratings: All the reviews and ratings of your institute can be viewed here and at the same time, you can also reply to those reviews.
15. Q and A: Any general questions asked by parents and students can be replied from here.
16. Ad Management: If you want to increase the reach of your institute, you have an option to provide an Ad for the same. You can select courses, cities as per your requirement where you want to publicize your institute. We will put your institute on the top of the search results accordingly. Please note, Ad cost varies on the selection of your courses and cities.
17. Edit Prole: All the informations related to your institute can be managed here.
