Dear Sir, due to downloading the report card, i tried many times but my app was not updating. Then i uninstalled the app and thought to re- install it. But very sad with the experience that since two days app is not even installing. before uninstall, app was working properly but was not updating. so without installation how would i check the study material now.. kindly fix the problem as soon as possible or give me contact no. of a person that can listen to my problem and resolve it.

Worst. I cant believe it. The school which has the authority to set their fee amount as 8000 rupees, struggles developing an app like this. First of all i cant login it keeps showing me an error "Index 0" have tried it multiple times. 2. When i am able to login i cant pay the fees it keeps showing the card number as incorrect whereas it is the correct one, checked it several times. 3. Imagine a guy who doesnt has access to a phone, he/she is not able to pay fees because, its disabled on web.
