I am unable to download the attachment from BBSB app like homework. Getting invalid file path error. However all the permission are provided to the app like storage, camera etc. Resolve this issue ASAP.

This app is not compatible with Android 10. Attachment can't be downloaded and show INVALID FILE PATH. teacher doesn't have manner that how to talk to parents when someone complaint about it.
